Hey Brother. I think of you everyday. I have been staying in touch with CJ hes growing up to be a fine young man. It blows me away on how much he looks like you. Love ya Bro

To my best friend. You will be in my heart for ever. There aren't enough words to express my thanks to you for being a great brother. I know your safe now and hope you have peace in your soul. I promise to keep an eye on CJ for you and tell him the story of your life. I will miss you and keep your memory alive. I love you Rob

Cecil was such a loving people person, knew so many and was greatly loved by so many. I'll never forget a Christmas morning he dressed as Santa and surprised our first born, now 31 with our then Choc lab. What an amazing act of kindness Christmas morning. That is just one example of many kind things he did for people. Glad he is healthy and Happy in Heaven! The Flinchbaugh family will really miss you!
