Cecil was such a loving people person, knew so many and was greatly loved by so many. I'll never forget a Christmas morning he dressed as Santa and surprised our first born, now 31 with our then Choc lab. What an amazing act of kindness Christmas morning. That is just one example of many kind things he did for people. Glad he is healthy and Happy in Heaven! The Flinchbaugh family will really miss you!

Cecil, I knew you way back when...met you through Lisa and Doc and did your hair for a while...You were a very handsome man that was always so very sweet and fun to be around...My heart hurts for all your loved ones...I can't begin to say how very blessed I was to know you and that me and my daughter were able to visit with you at the hospital and chat for quite awhile...May you rest in peace ...forever pain free my friend...We we miss you so very much. Love and (((HUGS))) always
