Cecil Gregory Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Etta Gregory of Romulus.
Survivors include his wife, Mary M. Gregory of Fosters; sons, Thomas Gregory (Patty) of Fosters, and Steve Gregory (Dianne) of Northport; grandchildren, Brian Gregory of Tuscaloosa, Christy Gregory of Fosters, Lisa Hollingsworth (Shane), Steven Gregory Jr., and Meg Ballard (Matt) all of Northport; and great-grandchildren, Ayden and Ava Kate Hollingsworth, and Mayson and Madison Hubbard.
Cecil Gregory was born January 10, 1917 in Romulus, Alabama. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Hogan in World War II. He was a member of Grants Creek Baptist Church and served as Deacon and other positions. He was employed by B.F. Goodrich for 32 years.
We want to give special thanks to Northport Rehab, Glenn Haven Rehab, Hospice of West Alabama, and VA Hospital.
Pallbearers will be Brian Gregory, Steven Gregory, Shane Hollingsworth, and Matt Ballard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the "Ava Kate Fund", c/o Children's Hospital of Birmingham, 1600 7th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35233.

Aunt Mary, Tommy and Steve, I am so saddened to hear of Uncle Cecil's passing. He was the kindest and most gentle hearted person I ever knew. My thoughts and prayers go out to each one of you and know that I love you very dearly.
