Cecil B. Harris

I was saddened to hear of Cecil´s passing in August 2024 and only learned of it in late 2024. I remember him well and admirably as an intern at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and later as the Psychology Consultant to the US Army Surgeon General in Washington DC. What an impressive career of this outstanding officer. When I find out the date of his ceremony at Arlington, I will attend along with my other military colleagues.
