Read MoreUncle Cecil was always a fun loving jovial prescence at family get togethers. I can remember his bringing fireworks and sparklers and overseeing their safe use. He was a loving, supportive father to his children and the love of Aunt Pauline's life. Please understand my thoughts and prayers are with all of the cousins and their families even though I can't be there physically.
