One of the best men i ever met

Cecil you are missed as much today as you are watching over everything. RIP we Love you always, Judy

Miss you lots cecil just like everybody that ever knew you..

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the McDaniel family. Cecil was one of the most kind hearted and respectful Ironworkers I ever had the pleasure to work with, a super good man and a true "Bridgeman". I look forward to seeing him again some day.

Cecil will be missed by us all in so many ways. His smile and easy going laid back style. May he rest in the hands of the lord until we meet with him again. God bless...

May God comfort Cecil's family during this difficult time in need. God bless.
Memory Eternal!

Lots of prayers for your family. Loved Cecil!

To Cecil's family and Wife Luvba,
Cecil"s wit and contagious smile will be greatly missed. He is someone who had such great energy and made you feel good around him. He is a wonderful person and has left us all with his smile. Please know that we prayed for Cecil on the day he passed and again in church Sunday. You will be sadly missed Neighbor and friend!! Peace be with you and your family.

I first met Cecil when i was just a little boy growing up in Portage....My Dad use to always like when Cecil would come by our house, always with a smile and a heart as big as the moon...he would always make me feel bigger than what I was....my heartfelt Condolences to his wife and family....
