Not sure what to say?

I am paying respects to the family of Buddy. I never met any of you but Buddy and I were on the Whitehall Baseball teams in the 40's. He was a great pitcher and a good friend.

Although I had not seen Buddy in 60 years, I think of those days often.

WE ARE VERY SORRY TO HERE ABOUT BUDDY. WE JUST FOUND OUT SUNDAY LATE.I HAVE VERY GOOD MEMORIES WHEN WE WERE ALL AT WHITEHALL UPC.MAY GOD BE WITH YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY DURING THIS TIME.WE LOVE YA'LL. JOHNNY JR MISSY TAD AND KAYLA

Aunt Ruth, Kay, Terry and Ken, I remember all the "great" times that I had in Athens at Moma and Daddy Compton's old house, out there sitting under the big shade tree. Uncle Buddy would sit there and entertain us all with his stories. Uncle Buddy could make a room light up just with his big wonderful smile. I know that this is very hard, too much loss this year for our family. Just remember that we now have one more "Guardian Angel" looking over us and loving us from above. Please...

Ruth and family I am so sorry to hear of Buddy,s passing.May God bless you all.

I have some great memories of Buddy when we all went to church together at Whitehall. He was a good person. I think about the whole family, Ruth, Terry, Kay, Ken.You all are the salt of the earth. I will pray for God"s comfort for you.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
