Cecil was one of the finest men I ever met. His work and pleasure friendship with my son will always be treasured.

What a joy to remember this wonderful man. He made every life he touched a little brighter.

I remember Cecil quite well from our Westmoreland High School days and maybe a time or two when I visited the Back Mountain area. A special classmate of the class of 1960.
