Thank you for forwarding this on to me. It goes without saying, how much I'll miss Chad. He was like ...the greatest kid. I try not to brag about my own kid, because I hate that when people do, but I think it's O.K. to say Chad was special- so kind, so thoughtful, quiet, but you knew he was listening cause he'd give you that little grin.. then smile. I'll always remember that smile. He looked good in that uniform, too. Stood proud, like a soldier should.

Suzanne, John, Jacob and Diane,

Just wanted you to know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have great memories of first meeting Chad, and what a warm welcome he gave me into the family. I am grateful that I was able to be a part of his college graduation and wedding celebrations.

My comfort is in knowing that Chad is in Heaven, happy and healthy. Like all of the entries in this guest book tell us, he is probably playing catch with the children and sharing his loving smile and conversation with the Bull and Carter ancestors right at this moment. There is peace in knowing that he will be there to greet each one of us, and pray that this can also bring peace to Cousin Diane, Aunt Suzanne, Uncle John and Cousin Jacob.
