Thank you for forwarding this on to me. It goes without saying, how much I'll miss Chad. He was like ...the greatest kid. I try not to brag about my own kid, because I hate that when people do, but I think it's O.K. to say Chad was special- so kind, so thoughtful, quiet, but you knew he was listening cause he'd give you that little grin.. then smile. I'll always remember that smile. He looked good in that uniform, too. Stood proud, like a soldier should.
Guess I just wanted you all to know, he'll always hold a special place in my heart, and call me anytime, if you need to talk.
Love, Gwen

Suzanne, John, Jacob and Diane,
Just wanted you to know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have great memories of first meeting Chad, and what a warm welcome he gave me into the family. I am grateful that I was able to be a part of his college graduation and wedding celebrations.

My comfort is in knowing that Chad is in Heaven, happy and healthy. Like all of the entries in this guest book tell us, he is probably playing catch with the children and sharing his loving smile and conversation with the Bull and Carter ancestors right at this moment. There is peace in knowing that he will be there to greet each one of us, and pray that this can also bring peace to Cousin Diane, Aunt Suzanne, Uncle John and Cousin Jacob. Chad will never be forgotten, and Emily and I will celebrate his life on his birthday, the day before our's, every year. Chad's life was a testament for each of us to always work to be better, and kind to all people. This came easy to Chad.

Diane,
I was so saddened to hear, from Danny Paradise, of Chad's passing.
I knew you and Chad from working part-time evenings in the dairy at Dillon #28. You two just seemed to fit together and your relationship seemed so very special. Psalm 116:15 says: "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." In this time of your grief, I pray that you will know God's special love and comfort that He has for you in your heart. Know that His love for you and Chad is a special, forever thing just as your love for each other is unique and undying. Know that you don't walk alone. Allow others to love you, as best they can. Know that you have friends you can turn to and know that I am one. God bless you, Diane.

Bull Family:
I went to Jardine with Chad. We played Basketball and Football together there. He was always a quiet kind hearted person. About a month ago I ran into Chad at the YMCA. And he still was the same kind person I knew in school. My heart goes out to you and may God Bless You.

To the family of Chad Bull
We are writing this with a heavy heart. We are Chad's Grandparents from Holton. Chad was so small when we first met him. He was a sweet, wonderful grandson & we thank his Mother & John, who took such good care of him. It was easy to make Chad part of our family & love him.
Our prayers go out to his wife Diane, Sue, John, Michael, Jeanette & families. Someday we will all meet in Heaven. We all feel the pain. Chad will always be in our hearts. Carol & Leo Bickford

It is a shock and an upset feeling to know that Chad is gone. I went to high school with him and worked many hours with hin at Dillon's grocery store while in school. He smiled so often, and was so funny, he made it the most enjoyable experience to work with him and to get to know him. It saddens me just thinking of what has happened, and so unpredictable. I think of Chad, and will always remember how I used to look forward to working when I knew he would be there to chat with. My heart goes out to the family, who had the honor of knowing him so well. What a wonderful person. You cracked me up and made me smile. I'll miss you, Chad.

With great sadness I read of Chad's death. Even in first grade I knew he was a special person. He had such a kind way and, I enjoyed the twinkle in his eyes when he understood things way beyond his years. I have always thought of him as one of my favorites students. You have my heartfelt sympathy.

Suzanne, John, and Jacob...
My heart aches for you, and I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Undersatnding may never come, and it may not really be of importance, but I will always remember and cherish the many sleep-overs our boys shared, the school skating parties, and the hundreds (maybe thousands) of baseball practices and games. Chad was like a second son to me and I'll miss him terribly, as we all will. How many times did people assume or conclude that our two boys were brothers over the years? I couldn't have wished for a better best friend for Brett to have grown up with and spent the years with.
What a wonderful young man you raised, and the world has a huge void in it with his passing.
My love to you and all of yours.
Scott
