Thinking of you all at this time. Both of your parents were a wonderful blessing to the church and the community of Cheshire. I remember most your dad baptizing me in March of 1969 at Morningside. I screamed and he very nicely overlooked my anxiety with a smile.

My heart is with you in the loss of your Dad. He made such an impact of the lives of so many people, and his spirit will live on through all of those whose lives he touched.

Dear Leslie, Susan, and Carolyn, The world is a sadder place for so many of us without your dad. I have such great memories of our serious discussions in BYF -- and fun, too.
