I can't believe that Chandra passed away. I had known her in the late sixties, and the last time I recall meeting her was during the World Bank mission to Iran. Amazingly, when I googled her name, the Iran economic report of 1971 surfaced. She was such a great person and regret to have missed the rest of her amazing life and family. Francis Lethem
