I hoped and planned to attend the service for Charlotte; however, when I called on Sunday the St. Clair County Alternative Transportation Service, I was told that the Madison CountyTransit Service, to which I would have transferred in Granite City, was not open on Sunday, so I could not make the reservation for the trip to Alton on Monday.
