Char was a generous and kind neighbor for many years. She always bought anything our young daughter was selling for school fundraising events and handed out great Halloween treats.
When our daughter was growing up, she loved hanging handmade May Baskets on Char's front door. We will always remember Char's warm smile and friendly wave. Our sympathy to her family.
