Dear Bob and family,
So sorry that Charlene has passed on to heaven. I remember her so much as we were students in Anacortes High School and graduated in 1962. She could make a tense moment into a humorous comedy as she had all of us laughing. She was multi-talented and friends with everyone. She will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in Peace.
