Charlie was a student of mine at Wendler Jr High....and he was on the Track team I assisted in coaching with Bob Hart...I was the wrestling coach.. My wife and I took the undefeated wrestlers or league/ city Champions to dinner as our guest....we invited Charlie to join. Us as he won the City Championship in the 220 race...Charlie was a outstanding young man and a real pleasure ti have in class or to coach...I was SHOCKED today in Sept of 2024 to hear of Charlies passing ....but pleased to...
