I worked in the same office with Chuck at Tinker during the 1980's He was plesant to be around and always wore a smile. The funny thing he used to tell abiut his first days in the Marines was quite a story. While his fellow boot camp Marines to be complained about the food and the rigorous training he said he found it better than what he had at home. Yes, he was a good man and will be missed.
