Not sure what to say?

So sad to learn of Chips passing. I will always remember how as a little league coach and umpire he took my young son under his wing and was a great mentor, friend and role model and left an indelible impression on my son's life. He gave my son a framed quote of Albert Einstein's that says " Not Everything that Can be Counted Counts and Not Everything that Counts Can be Counted." He was a very kind and a giving person and we both will never forget him. Laurie and Sasha Myers

I am so sorry to read about Chip´s passing. I was at PC from 1972-80. I remember the Barger´s very well. I have been in Rome, GA at Darlington School since 1985. I am in my 53 rd year of coaching baseball and softball. My deepest sympathy, Gus Bell

I have so many great memories of Chip from Pine Crest days. Weekends spent at HoJo´s beach and lots of discussions about waterskiing! I wish I had kept the letters we wrote back and forth in the summer after 6th or 7th grade. He´d share about the great skiing at Lake Toxaway and I´d share my ski stories from our lake in Wisconsin. He was a great friend. I send my deepest condolences to Alicia, Mr. & Mrs. Barger, Steve, Liz and all of your family. He was so loved.

So very, very sad to hear about Chip. He was my best friend at Pine Crest when we were so young. We had many fun adventures together. These pictures of us are how I'll remember him in my heart forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to Chip's family and everyone else who loved him.

Friends since the 80´s-great memories of coaching youth sports together in LHP!! Life long friends with family and reconnected with Chip I in Indian Harbour Beach at EGYC and PMPRC gun club. RIP my friend.....
