Not sure what to say?

Although a tough Democrat, he was a good man and a friend in the House.

To the Beall family:
I served in the legislature with Charles and remember him fondly as a friend as well as an excellent servant of the people of the mountains. My sympathy for your loss.

May the love of your family and friends as well as wonderful memories comfort you during this time. You're in my prayers.
Sincerely,

Sending my condolences for your loss.

Sincerely, Vickie Lucking
