I remember meeting with Charles and Betty at a BMI behind the scenes event for supporters. They both asked a lot of questions and were a lovely couple. They asked about the Education Department and the programs. I know Charles will be missed. He knew how to hold the attention of visitors with his knowledge told in a very delightful way.
