Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to learn of this tragedy about Ed because I always watched them on TV with their Mother visiting different parts of Alton and St. Louis. I always enjoy it and felt like I knew the family. My heart and Prayers goes out to his entire Family especially his Mother because a Mother is never supposed to bury her Child! RIP Ed

I am so sorry for the tragic death of Ed. We fully enjoyed watching him on "Brown and Brown". This is so sad.

I am glad I found this obituary because I wanted to express my sincere condolences for the death of Ed Brown. I watch the infomercials often and find the entertaining. If I ever need representation, Brown and Brown will be my first call. I will miss Ed´s humor on the infomercials and a special sympathy message for his mom, daughters and son, and of course all of his siblings. God bless you all.

In total shock. My grandmother and I regularly watched "On The Road with Brown & Brown" and even recorded it (with it airing often in the wee hours of the night). We always talked(and still do) about how much we liked the Brown brothers and how real and down to earth both Dan and Ed seemed to be(and yet how polar opposite their personalities seemed at the same time). A perfect compliment to each other. Mr. Brown´s lighthearted personality and easygoing demeanor made him extremely likable and...

I will say a prayer for Ed and his family. I talked to him and his daughter downtown by the Casino. We talked as if we been friends for ever. He's in good hands now. May God be with his family.

I feel bad for the whole Brown family. Just can´t believe that he is gone. I never met the family but always loved the show and the loved they showed each other, their family and all of St Louis. May God be with all of you as you work through all the stuff afterwards.

I truly enjoyed this man and his brother teaching us about St. Louis history. Sad to hear what happened. Still cannot believe a great man is gone. Thank you for the fantastic STL info. You are so well respected and missed.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss.

I was so devastated when I learned of Ed's passing. I never met Ed,but through the On the road programs made me feel as though I did know him and Dan and Mom. Ed was talented and I believe he spoke Russian played guitar harmonica I enjoyed the programs so much. You could feel the love the Browns shared. My sincere sympathy to the entire family. Ed will be sorely missed. RIP.
