Professor Carr was memorable in all aspects. A gentleman, knowledgeable and a very entertaining, effective teacher. He made class enjoyable and you can´t forget the fresh flower in his lapel every day. He made a tremendous impact. I am sorry for your loss. Rest easy Professor.

HE was a fantastic professor who inspired me to do criminal law and become a Prosecutor Practising in New York and England. I just loved his classes and he taught with such confidence and conviction. Sorry to hear about his passing. Hugs to the family, from a student who has been truly inspired by his teaching xx

Charles was a pleasure. Very affectionate, the best sense of humor. and a very good teacher Ken Koyce

Professor Carr made every effort to mentor and support students, like me, who were first generation. He understood the unique challenges we faced and inspired us to persevere. He was accessible and kind. He is, in no small way, responsible for the success of many. I will be forever grateful for his support. Well done thy faithful servant.........Go in Peace.......

While I never had a class with Professor Carr, we all looked up to him and tried to emulate him. He inspired us and demonstrated what it meant to be a lawyer and counsellor. Professor you will be missed. My condolences to the family and the many lucky enough to call Professor Carr friend.

Professor Carr was always engaging and challenged students to begin to develop the mindset for the practical application of the law.

My condolences go out to Professor Carr's wife and children. I will never forget him as he was influential and getting me into my legal studies and career.
