My family lived in his home country for a while in the late 1980/early 1990s. To his family... I am very sorry for your loss as well as others whose lives he touched.

I worked with Mr. Chien at Westland Oil and still have vivid memories of his humor and his dedication to Mr. Kung. To be a part of that wonderful time at Westland is something I will always treasure. Mr. Chien was special.
