I will always remember he and Pauline living next door here in Shaftsbury. They were the very sweetest, kindest and generous neighbors. Chuck watched over our chickens when I went on vacation one summer and he had the most colorful stories to share when I got back. I remember how sad and hard it was when Adam passed, and when Pauline passed, and he was never afraid to share genuine feelings. The community spoke highly of Chuck and Pauline's children, too, which is to speak highly of them....
