What a loss for our family! We loved Father Currie very much. He was a great friend of my Dad's, Arthur Ciervo, from Georgetown in the 1960s. He would go on to marry me, my sister and baptize our kids.
When my parents were both dying, he drove to be with us, hold our hands, and later conducted funerals for both my parents. When my mom died, the phone was ringing in her hospital room and it was Father Currie who somehow knew she had just passed. We love him and will miss his presence...
