Eileen and family please accept my deepest condolences in Fred´s passing, he was a great person to know and work with. We had many interactions in zoning cases sometimes on the same side of the table and sometimes not. I worked for greenhorne a o´mara at the time. But he was a friend at the end. Very sad to learn of his passing . May he rest in peace. Chip Shreeve

Thinking of Fred today, so glad you came into our lives almost 25 years ago and I´m sad for Eileen and your family- so many of us in the Commander Club will miss you and will never forget you.

Eileen, just wanted to say how sorry i was to hear about Fred's passing.. i sought his help on many projects and recommended him to others many times over the years while working at RWJ Assoc. and later Terrain. Whether work or social occasions (RWJ Christmas Parties/Roedown etc.) it was always good to see and talk to him and marvel at his calm gentle humble manner and smooth as silk voice! My condolences to you and your family.

What a loss for the Annapolis community. Fred´s description as "an even keel" was perfect but he was so much more: bright, curious, fair, friendly, good lawyer and concerned about the world.

I adored Fred! We worked together early in my career, and he was such a calming and steady force in what could be a chaotic practice. He was always so very kind, and his energy was good for the soul. A truly good man.
