Dear Bonnie and Family,
We were so sorry to hear about Chick. We will keep you and your family in our prayers. Our thoughts are with you.

The thing about Chick was that he knew who he was and did his own thing in his own way and time: kind of the Frank Sinatra of the neighborhood. He had that sparkle of knowing; that ability to find humor in the absurdities of life. He and Bonnie were the parents every teenager wanted to have because they listened. Potential melodramas were easily transformed into laughable scenarios. He and Bonnie were an unstoppable team. He probably didn't know how much I loved him and Bonnie; but love them...
