Not sure what to say?

My favorite Uncle Charles. He will be greatly missed. Merle, I am so saddened by the loss of such a wonderful and delightful man. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am sorry I was unable to attend the funeral and say good bye.

I am a better person for having had Grandpa Dr. Charles in my life. He was good to my father James and good to me as well. I am deeply saddened by this loss and will be forever grateful for having been blessed with such loving and wonderful grandparents.

Grandpa Edwards, was A very special, loveing, and careing person and he will be truely missed by all that had the great fortune of knowing him. Every one that meat him loved him for that time on.

Saddened deeply by the departure of Uncle Charles. He was exceptional, as well we think of you Aunt Merle. You folks were a fine team. Our parents Edna and Howard T. Pitts shared many memories spent camping, fishing and visiting together. Howard, was 41/2 years old when his Uncle Charles joined the family at Myton. Our grandmother Ruth Edwards Pitts (Charles, eldest sister) and grandpa Tom enjoyed family gatherings. Many times I was able to visit many cousins near my age when going to...

Rich and Olga;

I send you my deepest sympathy in this time of sorrow. I am sorry I missed the service, but my thoughts and prayers are with you.

All of Us can remember those people who had an impact on our lives. Charles can be counted as one of those people in my life. Not only do I remember Him as my first dentist, but I remember those times when Larry would take me with them to His property in the Strawberry area, and Charles would always have chores to keep me busy ( and out of trouble ). Every time I visited at his house, or when camping, or whatever we were doing. Charles always had a smile and a kind word. He was genuinely a...

Charles was a wonderful man and great example to those around him. He always had a smile whenever we saw him. He will be missed.

Charles was a dentist who never looked down in the mouth.
I will always be glad to say he was my friend.
Actually, I think of them together. He and Merle were always doing things that everyone else was too tired, too out of shape, or too busy to do. Even after illness or surgery, they were the ones to serve at the welfare cannery or whatever needed to be done.
They were early risers, and always beautifying and gving.

So very sorry for your loss--a loss so many of us share. Charles was an inspiration to all who had the privilege and opportunity to know him. His and Merle's compassion and caring was extended to all. He will truly be missed. My prayers and condolences go to each member of your family. Thanks so much for being a part of my life Charles and Merle!
