So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We were classmates in elementary through high school and he was always one of the best people. My condolences tohis family and friends.

I first met Chuck many years ago in Woodland, Ca. Joined his gym and found myself quickly becoming his friend. We had the love of the mountains and hunting in common. When he moved his gym to a new location on main street, I was there helping carry all those weights (all were in the basement of the old original gym) up those stairs and out to our trailer. Our families shared many a summer in Carter Meadows. Those summers turned into pen pals and life. Long friends. We named a hike to Big Blue, Charlie´s Rock pile. He loved to takes the flat landers up the steepest hills. I cherish the memories our our youth. You are deeply missed my friend!
