Your father delivered me at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. My mother was very fond of him.

Charley was one of my roommates at Yale - members of Silliman College as well as St. Elmo our fraternity. He had a ready wit and was a wonderful gentleman! I shall greatly miss him !

We are very sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We will always remember his welcoming smile at our first annual landowner's meeting. Our thoughts and prayers are with Ann and the family.

You have my condolence for your loss. May God give you comfort and peace during this difficult time. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family during this time of grief. 1 Corinthians 15:26.

Such a dear sweet man. He and Anns love for one another was such an inspiration. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Love to all. Karen and Stu Schaefer

I am so sorry for your loss! Your in our thoughts and prayers! The town of Phelps will not be the same without Charlie! We will deeply miss his presence!
