Not sure what to say?

I knew Chuck while working at the Court System. Always he had a smile and kind word for you, he welcomed you in and bid you good-bye at night. I offer his family my sympathy, he was a wonderful man to know.

I transported many prisoners and mental patients to Fairbanks from Barrow. I knew that Chuck meeting me at the airport would guarantee an incident free transport. Everyone, including prisoners could sense that Chuck's concern was real and not contrived.

Chuck was a very special man. Always happy and fun to be around.
He was one of the best officer's that i hired to work at the Court House. He always had a new story about his time on the North Slope. Her also had a lot of respect for everyone he had made contact with. Good or bad he respected the person. Treated them with respect. Most people treated him the same way.

My condolences to Patricia and family, I know he will be greatly missed. I knew Chuck through working at the Courthouse and as a wonderful Christian at Totem Park Church several years ago. Prayers are with each of you. Meda Witter, Fairbanks

I worked with Chuck at the courthouse on Barnette - I still think of him every time I encounter his favorite cookies - "Coconut MacaROONS"...just the way he said it still makes me laugh all these years later. He will be missed.

I knew Chuck through his years as a court service officer, and always enjoyed his steady presence and quiet humor. He was quick with a smile and friendly greeting.

Sorry to hear of his passing.
