Charles Lloyd HENRY

So sorry, didn't know til now. Charlene was a close friend in college. Went home with her one weekend and met this wonderful man who seemed to be smiling all the time. I remember attending an auction at a school no longer used and laughed when people were bidding on cases of toilet paper. When I left at the end of the weekend I remember running up and giving him a hug (and I wasn't a hugger!). Loved the whole family and still miss charlie!

Many are the Thanksgiving holidays I had the pleasure of sharing in the Henry home with Bev and Lloyd. There was always room for one more, and I always felt so welcomed. Fun memories are also highlights when I traveled with Bev, Lloyd, Bertha, Jerry and Stevie on a Hawaiian cruise. I never was able to convince him that the cruise we were on was on a "ship" and not a "boat." His responses to that fact were an important part of his personality, and I know he did it to tease me.
