Charlie and Jay Harnick started my career. He was a vibrant guy with the best smile that accompanied his bottomless well of enthusiasm and support. Decades later, I still have dear friends that were made because of that first Equity job and two more productions that I did for Performing Arts Repertory Theatre (PART) aka TheatreWorksUSA. So many of us owe him a debt of thanks for his generosity.

His dedication to bringing theater to children across this country has - and will continue to have - a profound impact on our culture and our industry. His vision, charm, wit, and smile will be missed, but never forgotten.
