I went to college with Charlie. I remember the first time I met him-what a huge smile! He had real love of life and he will be missed. We had so much fun buzzing around in his TR-7!

Although I did not personally know Judge Kaplan, he had quite a lasting impression on the legal and service community in Broward County.
