Not sure what to say?

Marge, thank you for your love and commitment to Bud. I appreciated Bud very much. He was a great man, husband, father, grandfather, and Senator. I liked being with Bud and serving with him in the legislature. I am honored to have been selected to finish his Senate term. You have an open line to me anytime. My cell phone number is 260-645-0203. Call me anytime you need anything. I continue to pray for God to minister to you and your family. I am very grateful for Bud’s Christian witness and...

My most sincere condolences to the Meeks family. As a former senate intern, Senator Meeks was one of the most approachable, friendly, and down-to-earth people in the building. He will be missed by many.

Dear Bud Meeks Family - My condolences on your loss of a good man - a husband, a father, a friend to many, and a Republican. Gods'will be done.

Dear Marge and Family,
I am very sorry that I was out of town and was unable to pay my respects to Bud. He was a wonderful person to work with. Never talking about himself, just listening to others and showing concern for his fellow senators, his district and the whole state. He rightfully made a place for himself in the history books of the Senate.

Dear Marge,
Brent and I are profoundly sorry to learn of your loss. May you be comforted by the prayers of your many friends.
Sincerely, Jan Aikman Dickson

Mrs. Meeks, Brian and Renee, so sorry to hear about your dad. He did so much for his community and will be missed by many. Amy Butler Smyser

Dear Meeks Family-I am sorry at your loss, but know he is taking care of things above. We considered him an honorary citizen of Monroeville. He used to love to come out to the Monroeville 4th of July Celebration at the park. He said that was what small-town America was all about. We will miss him and we thank him for his service. Best regards, Lois and Neil Ternet

Marge;
I do not know you but I am very sorry for you on Bud,s passing.I knew him well and introduced him to Otto Adams to help him get on the Sheriff's Dept.I moved to Indianapolis in 1972 and last saw him at my brother's funeral about a year ago.I wished I had know he was in an Indianapolis Hospital.Yes he was a man's man and a woman's idol.As his Barber,we talked sports all of the time.
