I met Charles when we attended VCU in the 1960's. Charles was definitely a friendly nice guy to all people. Back then Charles and I would talk about cars. I remember when he brought the 1968 Chevrolet with the 396 4 speed. We once raced and Charles won in that car. He was really a good guy.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Charles. He was so sweet and was always pleasant and included my middle daughter on trips to Disney. RIP. Missed and loved by many.

Minshew family I give you my condolences. I worked for Charles back in the early '80's and he was the best man to work with. Always laughing and smiling, just a loyal and respectable guy that everyone loved and cared for. In Loving Christ.
