Charles "Charley" Owen

Charlie and I enjoyed a friendship that began in the early '60's and endured to his recent passing. Charlie's parents had three sons; my parents, too, reared three boys in Fayetteville, NC. Charlies' '58 Edsel needed repair - I helped at his home in Windsor Terrace.
