So sorry to read about your father passing away. My thoughts and prayers are with you both as well as your families at this difficult time.

Mr. Owens was a very special person. My parents were close to him before their deaths. May God continue to be with his wife and family. Blessings to all.

The Board, Members and Staff of the Police and Fire Pension Fund extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Charles "CW" Owens. May he rest in Peace.

To the famly of C. W. Owens: Please know we are saddened of the death of C. W. My mother, Mary Alice Williams, had the pleasure of being his secretary/office manager at Owens Pest Control for many, many years. She retired at 80 years old. C. W. was like her son. He was so very good to her and she to him. Thanks, C. W.! She has been gone 25 years today.
May your hearts be comforted at this time of sorrow.
Love, Homer and Mary Blackman
