I'm sorry for your loss, I did not know him but he was a speaker at a few meetings that I attended. I was very impressed with him and seem like such a good person and loved his family very much because he would talk about them.

I saw Charlie two days before his passing when I was in the executive suite putting up signs. His comment was signs again and that was the last words I heard. May he rest in peace.

The Administrative Fellows of Froedtert Hospital will deeply miss Charlie. Though observation and various project work we were all able to witness what true leadership was. Charlie was always willing to help and provide mentorship with a smile. We admired his work ethic and strategic acumen. We will all be better individuals and leaders because we had and opportunity to work with him.
