I will always be grateful to Charlie Seymour for introducing me to the real estate business, in general, and appraising and counseling, in particular. In addition to being an all time great teacher and a terrific analyst, Charlie was the best report writer I have never known. In my estimation his professional skills were outstanding. He encouraged his proteges to give back to our profession by being active in the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers locally and nationally.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Charles F. Seymour. I worked at Jackson-Cross Company for 10 years 1970-1980. He was a great leader and it was a great experience working for his Company.
