Shipman and I had only brief momments together for a hand shake after service whenever I visited Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, where he was the Pastor, and I thanked him for the messages from the Messengers. I was the beneficiary of to of his sermons and, I admired him as a Man of God, sent by God to preach the Gospel in accordance with the Holy Scriptures. It has sadden I and my wife that my first cousin, Charles has past; but we believe that he lived a good life. He served the USA with his military service; fathered two child and raised them the best he could. He was always respectful to I and my wife even though he practiced Christianity and we practiced Islam. We pray that Allah (God) will have mercy on him as he waits in the grave for the Resurrection and when Judgement Day comes, that Allah (God) will grant him entrance into Heaven! The...
