Charles F. Skipper

I recently came across Charlie´s obit as I was searching that of another friend. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie at Crofton Middle School. I was a science teacher and he was an asst. principal. We had some wonderful conversations during his time there. He was well-versed on so many subjects. A really sincere, brilliant, and caring man.
