Charles H. "Charlie" Stevens, Sr.

Powell, TN

Charles H. "Charlie" Stevens, Sr., age 83 of Powell, formerly of Delbarton, WV, passed away May 7, 2018. He was a retired veteran of the United States Navy. Member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his son, Joseph Alexander Stevens; parents, Herbert and Gladys Stevens. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jeanette Stevens; children, Charles H. Stevens, Jr., Mathewes Stevens and wife Heather; grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Will and Hailee Stevens. A memorial service will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church Friday, May 11, 2018 at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church or to the J.T. O'Conner Senior Center. Condolences are welcome at weaverfuneralservices.com.
