Mrs. Stone, Tommy and Deborah, I am so sorry that Mr. Stone has passed. He was a very good person. He will be missed throughout Edgefield County. I remember the times he ran for House of Representatives and I placed signs around the county for him. I was so happy when he was elected because I knew we had just elected a very nice person. I always like to help the nice people's campaigns and he was certainly a very nice person who will be missed. Your good memories of him will brighten the days...

We will miss Mr. Stone coming by the office checking on his property records. I always enjoyed talking with him about his work with State government.
Also, we are distantly related. My great-grandmother was Josie Stone Parks, of Parksville.
