Mrs. Stone, Tommy and Deborah, I am so sorry that Mr. Stone has passed. He was a very good person. He will be missed throughout Edgefield County. I remember the times he ran for House of Representatives and I placed signs around the county for him. I was so happy when he was elected because I knew we had just elected a very nice person. I always like to help the nice people's campaigns and he was certainly a very nice person who will be missed. Your good memories of him will brighten the days ahead. When you least expect it, you will remember something he said that had made a lasting impression on you and you will smile at the thought of his impact on you and on the ones around you. Through your memories of him, he will still be a very big part of this world. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Judy Gibson Holmes

We will miss Mr. Stone coming by the office checking on his property records. I always enjoyed talking with him about his work with State government.

Also, we are distantly related. My great-grandmother was Josie Stone Parks, of Parksville.

Take care. We will miss him also.

Love
