I just heard last nght of the loss of one of BEST people I've known. A great personality, great jokester, a fine fishing buddy, sharp card player and just an all round good guy. I am honored to say he was my friend. He was as close to me as a brother when we lived in Columbia. My prayers go out to his family and friends as the world lost a good man, but we know that he has gone to be with God and his pain and suffering have been healed by God.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Charlie for many years at Bellsouth. He will be missed by many. Ken Felder

The Rackley's,

I am so glad that we had the time to meet Mr. Charlie ( our other grand daddy). He was such a wonderful person to us and we loved him very much. We enjoyed all the times he would make funny sounds for us. Train sound, Cow sound, and even when he would play the comb for us. He was a fun loving man and we are going to miss him very much. Praise god that he is out of his suffering now. Thank you both so much for making sure grand-daddy Charlie was taken care of. ...
