Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers to the family. I am very sad to hear that my neighbor of 12 years has passed away. I know he will be missed and Jessie will be lost for a while without him.
Karen, Please know that I'm here if you ever need anything.

Karen and girls, I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad I had the opportunity to meet Chuck in April, 2016. I pray that God wraps his arms tightly around you and comforts your family and you. I am available any time you might need some one to talk to. God is a true healer and know Chuck is completely healed in his heavenly home. Love to you and your girls and remember your strength will come from the Lord and your friends and family. Love you.

Karen, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. at this time of loss.

Please know that my love and sincerest sympathy are with all of you.
I'm so sorry I will be out of town for the visitation and service, but Karen & Ashley, please know that my prayers and strength will be with you today, tomorrow and for the weeks and months to come.

Karen, I am so sorry for your loss even I am not technically in the family but to me you will always be family. He was a great man his presents here on earth will be miss greatly. He has gone be with his Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I love you. If you or the girls need anything please let me know. Please let Tina and Ashley know, I love them my heart out to y'all for your loss.

Karen, I'm really going to miss Chuck and the friendship we had for over thirty years. All the wild times stopped with age and sickness, but the memories of them will always be with me. All the stories I won't be able to recall, since there were so many. Sometimes they changed a little, with time, but that just made them better. He was lucky to have you, to save his first life, and care for him so well, all the way through the next one he got as a bonus.

Karen, I am so sorry for your loss. Know God is with you and he will raise you up on eagles wings and hold you in the palm of his hand. Blessed be

Having just read the story of his life, I can see he was literally a jack of all trades while always remaining true to the interests he had when I knew him years ago. I remember him fixing our car several times when we were broke college students and I remember making homemade strawberry ice cream while listening to his surround sound stereo. He was even nice enough to let me listen to John Denver although I'm sure he was not a fan! I'm thinking...

my heart hurts for you Karen. you and i have been friends since day one at UWF, and I always loved running into Chuck when he was out and about doing fine work for us all on campus. you've both always shown such great work ethic and i've always valued our friendship. please know my prayers for your strength to endure this great loss in your life and the lives of all your family and friends who knew this fine and gentle man...
