To the Swartz family, although the years have passed since our families have last seen each other, our memories of Chuck, Peggy and the kids at Trinity and St Chris are vivid. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of mourning.

My Dad and I both work with Chuck - He is one of a kind - Everybody like and respected him - He would take the negative times and make them positive - I was a better person to know him - Thank you Chuck

We would like to send our deepest condolences to the Swartz family. Chuckie was such an amazing individual and all were blessed who had the opportunity to know him. I will always remember the years we all spent together sharing laughs and making memories in college and the years that followed. He will truly be missed by all. He had a gift of touching people's lives just by being in the same room with them. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathy,

MaryEllen, Jim, and Swartz family;
I am very saddened by the loss of your father, the rock of the Swartz family. I wish you peace and comfort during this difficult time for you and your whole family. Mary, I will never forget your dad coming in to all our games at ODC hauling his video equipment and that huge smile. He was so proud of you. His memories will live on with your family and loved ones. Celebrate his wonderful spirit and life and know that he is at peace with his Father...

I have been fortunate to have known Chuck since the late 1970's when I started working for the State of Ohio Department of Taxation. Chuck approached life and his career with enthusiasm, honesty, dedication, humor, loyalty and exemplary skill. He was a superb manager who always brought out the best in his coworkers. As my supervisor and as my friend, Chuck taught me and guided me throughout my career with the Department. His kindness, humor and willingness to help others inspired all of...

Swartz Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your great loss. You all are in my prayers. I remember seeing Mr. Swatrz at each and every Watterson Football game on the sidelines...even back in gradeschool when Rocky & Jack would be running around along side. He was a wonderful man who did so much for his children and will be greatly missed.
