Looking up an old friend to catch up and my heart breaks for his family. Charlie was a mentor, teacher, colleague and friend throughout the first 22 years of my career at two different companies. Had I known his life would be cut so senselessly short I would not have lost touch when I moved on 9 years ago. A wonderful man. He was kind, intelligent and quick with a joke. How many times during the last 12 months have I wanted to call Charlie to share a story, to ask a question or to get a new joke? Like some many of you, for me I have wanted to call Charlie so many times. His memory is truly a blessing, but his passing is still l huge loss. My love and warmest thoughts are with Judy, Erica, Laura, Dan and their mates and children.
