I did not know Charles but I did meet him one time near the little store when my car broke down and a car with 4 men that looked like they were up to no good stopped and I was by myself with my 5 yr old. Charles came out of the store and immediately came over and struck up a conversation with me causing the other men to leave and he waited there until my family arrived.
